On January 13 there was a science fair at ps.295.Some people in grades 4 and 5 worked on different types of projects. I think it was amazing! I went and saw so many types of science experiments. Below you can see some.
This is the senses experiment. They wanted to see if you could use no other senses but your mouth to taste a Gummy Bear or Jellybean.
This is the fossil experiment. They used some cookies to show fossils.
This is the germ experiment .He was showing what they look like and how many germs are on two fingers.
This is the volcano project. They made a volcano using baking soda, vinegar and red dye.
This is the flower investigation. They showed how dye can come to the top of the flower from a jar.
This was the first science fair. It was very successful!
